A dashboard that compares itself

Every headline number carries its change against last month, the same month last year, or any month you pick. History is kept, so the comparison is real, not recomputed.

The compare-to menu open, offering last month, the same month last year, and a month of your choice.
Compare every headline to last month, last year, or any month you pick.

Real MRR

Annual plans are spread into a monthly figure; trials count when their period is paid; paused subscriptions are shown apart. The number is the one your accountant would accept.

The monthly recurring revenue card: the headline figure, the number of subscriptions behind it, the change against last month, and a sparkline.
Your real MRR, including revenue your billing plugin cannot see.

MRR trend and movement

Twelve months of MRR, and for any period the reasons it moved: new, expansion, contraction, churn and reactivation.

The MRR movement view: new, expansion, contraction, churned and reactivated revenue for a period.
What changed, and why: new, expansion, contraction, churn, reactivation.

Cohort retention

Each month's new customers followed at one, three, six and twelve months, as a heatmap you can read in a glance.

The cohort retention heatmap: each monthly group of new members and the share still paying at one, three, six and twelve months.
Each signup month, followed for a year.

Payment Recovery

Failed payments with every retry, whether the money came back, and how much is still outstanding.

The Payment Recovery table: customer, invoice, amount due, amount paid, attempts, status, invoice date.
Every retry, with its outcome.

Reactivations and trial conversions

Customers who left and came back, and trials that turned into paying customers, each as a report with its own summary.

The Reactivations report summary cards.

Lists with real filters

Customers, Subscriptions and Transactions, all searchable and sortable, each groupable by plan or source. Customers and Subscriptions let you pick several statuses at once, and Transactions can also group by month.

The status filter open on the Customers list, with several statuses ticked at once.
Filter by several statuses at once.

The customer drawer

One customer, every subscription and payment, the WordPress user they match, their referral source and lifetime totals.

The customer drawer: subscriptions, payments, the matched WordPress user, referral source and lifetime totals.
One customer, their whole history, and the WordPress user they are.

Detected subscriptions

Recurring revenue that Stripe never modeled as a subscription, found in the charges and counted, with its own badge.

Weekly email digest

MRR, cancellations, new subscribers and retention in your inbox on the day you choose.

The weekly digest email: MRR this week, change against last week, new subscribers, cancellations, and a retention line.
The numbers that matter, in your inbox on the day you choose.

Multi-currency

Each currency is totaled on its own. Add a free exchange-rate key and they roll up into one reporting currency; without one, other currencies are listed separately rather than converted.

Per-currency totals on a report.
More than one currency? Each is totaled, then converted to one figure.

Access control, exempted accounts, target and sources

Choose who can see SSA, list your own test accounts so they never count, set a target MRR, and record where each customer came from.
