What Metorik is good at
Metorik is a hosted reporting and engagement tool for WooCommerce and Shopify stores: orders, customers, products, carts, email automation, with its own app and team access.
Where it does not fit a WordPress membership site
It reads a connected WooCommerce or Shopify store rather than Stripe, and its subscription reporting covers stores running WooCommerce Subscriptions only. A membership plugin billing through Stripe has nothing for Metorik to sync. It is hosted outside WordPress, and priced per store by order volume.
Metorik has no free plan and prices by your store's average monthly orders, starting at $25 a month for up to 100 orders on one store. (checked 2026-09-10)
What SSA does instead
SSA reads Stripe and shows the subscription numbers inside wp-admin. For WooCommerce Subscriptions on the Stripe gateway it detects recurring charges today, from the third charge onward, and the direct WooCommerce Subscriptions connector is under development in SSA Pro, releasing soon.

Metorik reports MRR, churn and cohorts for stores running WooCommerce Subscriptions, so for that setup it already does the job. SSA reads Stripe rather than WooCommerce, so today it finds your renewals in the charges, from the third charge onward, and shows them inside wp-admin. A direct connector is under development in SSA Pro, releasing soon.
Can I run both?
